The Chaos Kid
Chuck Simon is supposed to be the most powerful psionic around in this tale. Turned into some kind of government assassin by an organization known as the Complex.This is book 4 in a series (haven't read any of the others), and Chuck is now on the run from the Complex. Coincidence brings him to San Francisco where a young man is coming into his own psionic powers, but without the morals that Chuck uses.
It's a thin book so the story moves along at a good speed. It reads like a made-for-TV movie that would be shown in an afternoon slot, so missed by most but not too bad for people who did come across it.
