This was my favourite book of the 3 in this series.Thomas of Hookton is in one area this time and it lets the story develop more than when he was tramping backwards and forwards.
A good ending to the series, wrapping up the characters and their stories.
A lot of tension as he sees himself at odds with a friend, and is unsure where loyalties lie.
